•Welcome to Haraka! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Haraka, an AI-powered project management SaaS platform (the 'Service').
•By creating an account or using Haraka, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
•'Service': Haraka's project management platform, including all features, APIs, and interfaces
•'User': Any person or entity accessing or using the Service
•'Account': The user's unique login credentials and associated profile
•'Subscription': A paid plan that grants access to premium features
•'Content': All data, text, images, tasks, and files you upload to Haraka
2. Account Registration
•Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and have authority to bind any organization you represent
•Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
•Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account
3. Service Access & Use
•License: Haraka grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service
•Restrictions: You may not (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) circumvent license restrictions, (c) use automated means to access or copy Haraka's content
4. Subscription & Payment
•Plans & Fees: Haraka offers Paid Subscriptions at $8 per user per month. Additional bespoke plans may be available
•Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, based on your selection
•Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via Stripe
5. Refund & Cancellation
•Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings
•Refund Eligibility: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
•Contact: For refunds, contact support@haraka.pro within 7 days of initial payment
6. Data & Privacy
•Your Data: You retain ownership of all Content you upload
•Data Use: Haraka may process your data to provide the Service and improve features
•Privacy Policy: Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at haraka.com/privacy
7. Intellectual Property
•Haraka IP: All Haraka trademarks, logos, service marks, and software are our exclusive property
•Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide become Haraka's exclusive property
8. Confidentiality
•Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information
•Disclosure restrictions apply except as required by law
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
•'As Is': The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
•No Guarantee: Haraka does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
10. Limitation of Liability
•Haraka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
•Limitations apply to all claims related to these Terms or Service use
11. Termination
•By You: You may terminate your Account at any time via Account Settings
•By Haraka: We may suspend or terminate your Account for violations or illegal activities
•Subscription Cancellation: Haraka reserves the right to cancel any Subscription at its discretion
12. Governing Law
•These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
•Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Al Madinah Al Munawwarah
13. Changes to Terms
•Haraka may update these Terms from time to time
•Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification
•Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
